Inspired by our Nonna’s original recipes from the mountains of Sicily, Giardino di Scarpa liqueurs are handcrafted using pure ingredients, honoured heritage, and refined elegance, capturing the essence of citrus groves and deep roasted coffee in every pour.
From vibrant Limoncello to velvety Coffee Liqueur, each bottle reflects summer evenings, shared laughter, and unhurried indulgence. Timeless and sophisticated, Giardino di Scarpa is more than a drink, it is a tribute to flavour, legacy, and the art of living well.

A celebration of sun-ripened lemons, our Limoncello is fresh, lively, and beautifully balanced. Its vibrant citrus notes awaken the senses, with a sweetness that is bright yet gentle, leaving a clean finish that lingers long after the last sip. Perfect for sipping chilled as a digestif, or adding a twist to cocktails, it captures the essence of a sun-filled afternoon in every glass.

Our Coffee Liqueur is rich, smooth, and luxuriously comforting. Deep, roasted coffee aromas fill the glass, delivering a full-bodied and satisfying sip that wraps the senses in warmth. Perfect neat, over ice, or as the heart of a cocktail, it invites you to slow down and savour the moment. Elegant and inviting, it is a decadent pleasure for any occasion.

Our lemons are grown under the Australian sun, nourished by coastal winds and rich organic soil. Each lemon is hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring the brightest flavour and aroma. After harvest, the zest is carefully separated from the bitter pith, capturing only the vibrant, sun-kissed essence. Within 24 hours, the zest is steeped in pure Australian grain alcohol, allowing its natural oils and aromas to infuse completely.
The infusion is then sweetened with organic sugar, producing a limoncello that is fresh, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. Naturally gluten-free,our limoncello reflects the care, heritage, and land behind every bottle.
The result is a lively, aromatic liqueur, delicious straight from the freezer as a digestif or as versatile ingredient in cocktails.
At Giardino di Scarpa, this same dedication, patience, and respect for ingredients guide every one of our liqueurs, ensuring each bottle is crafted with the same unwavering care and attention to detail.

A classic Italian Limoncello Spritz is a beautifully balanced 3–2–1 cocktail: 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts chilled Limoncello, and 1 part soda water. Fill a large wine glass generously with ice. Pour in the Prosecco, add the Limoncello, then top with soda water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and a sprig of
mint.

Deep roasted notes, softened by cool cream, make this the perfect after-dinner digestif or a relaxed evening treat.
To serve, fill a short tumbler with ice if desired. Pour in 60 ml (2 oz) of Giardino di Scarpa coffee liqueur, then gently add a dollop of fresh pouring cream (or lightly whipped cream) by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
Serve unstirred for a beautiful layered presentation, or lightly swirl just before sipping for a smoother blend of flavours.
At Giardino di Scarpa, our dedication goes beyond celebrating family heritage — it is guided by a deep respect for nature. Every step of our process honours the land, the ingredients, and the people who nurture them.
From hand-harvested lemons bathed in the Australian sun to aromatic coffee grown with care, we ensure natural resources are managed responsibly, production remains efficient, and waste is minimised. Each day, we follow practices that deliver exceptional quality while keeping our environmental impact low.
For us, true craftsmanship and sustainability go hand in hand. By integrating respect for the earth into every stage — from cultivation to bottling — Giardino di Scarpa creates liqueurs that are not only exquisite in flavour, but also a reflection of mindful, thoughtful production.
